On January 9th I decided to work en plein air during our day long snow storm. So I set up my easel on the glassed in porch and painted the storm while staying cozy. My dog and cats came around, curious as to what I was doing. They are used to watching me in the studio but nowhere else in the house. I limited my palette in this piece in order to capture the feeling of reduced visibility.
